Payments and Returns
Paying with us is safe and secure. We accept MasterCard or Visa, PayPal, and Bank Transfers, which are efficient and reliable methods. If there is a need to return a product, customers can contact our support team within two days of delivery to report the issue. Please reach out to our support team within 24 to 48 hours after delivery if you need to return the boxes in case of damage or misprinting. We provide replacement boxes within the provided deadline, however, there is no refund provided whatsoever. We also offer reprints if the customer agrees. Specific terms and conditions apply to both returns and reprints, and our helpful support staff is available to answer any questions at your convenience.
